No. That's the point. Your guests enjoy barista coffee from the shared lobby machine, so there's no in-unit equipment, pods, or upkeep.
Your prepaid drinks are safe. There is a small fee to reissue a replacement card, and we move your remaining balance onto it, so none of the coffee you have already bought is lost.
No. You only pay for the prepaid drink bundles you choose. The machine, restocking, cleaning, and maintenance are all on us.
No. Your prepaid drinks never expire, so your guests can enjoy them whenever they visit, this season or next.
We do. Ridgeline runs a daily clean on the machine and handles all servicing and maintenance. If a guest ever finds it out of order, a quick text to 778-770-2949 gets us on it.
None. No contract, no lock-in, and no automatic reloads, you buy a bundle when you want and top up only when you choose. If you would ever prefer hands-off automatic top-ups, we can turn that on for you.
